Try FACE PAPI for 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

If you’re not satisfied, you may return your product within this window for a full refund of the product purchase price. No explanations required.

This guarantee applies to first-time purchases made directly through facepapi.com.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be initiated through our online returns process.

To start a return, please contact us at returns@facepapi.com to receive instructions and a complimentary return shipping label.

Returns must be sent using the provided label to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products may be opened or used

  • Please return items in the original packaging if possible

  • Include any return documentation provided with your shipping label

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be processed and the refund issued.

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Purchases From Unauthorized Sellers

Face Papi products purchased from unauthorized retailers, resellers, or third-party marketplaces are not eligible for our return policy or guarantee.

We can only support products purchased directly from facepapi.com.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Promotional or complimentary gift items

  • Digital products or gift cards (if applicable)

Any exceptions will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order.
